Processing and Handling Time
Standard Orders: All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Pre-Orders: Items marked as “Pre-Order” will ship according to the timeline mentioned on the specific product page (typically within 48 hours of the official release date).
Shipping Rates (Domestic – India)
We ship across India using reputed couriers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹500.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days.
Rest of India: 5 – 8 business days.
Note: Delays may occur due to extreme weather, holiday peaks, or courier service disruptions.
Our Professional Packaging Standard
We treat every card like a “Grail.” Our packaging includes:
Single Cards: Placed in a penny sleeve, then a rigid top-loader or semi-rigid holder. We sandwich the top-loader between sturdy cardboard to prevent bending and seal it in a bubble mailer.
Sealed Product: Booster boxes and ETBs are bubble-wrapped and placed in a double-walled corrugated box to prevent corner dings.
Tracking and Security
Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number as soon as the label is generated.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To protect against transit damage or missing items, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package showing the shipping label clearly. Without this video, claims for damage or shortages cannot be processed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate. Rising Sun TCG is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details. Any re-shipping costs for returned packages will be borne by the customer.
